Wade’s coaching program helped me achieve something I never thought possible. In 12 short weeks (and they certainly didn’t feel short at the time), Wade was able to change my body completely. I went from 28% body fat to 18% body fat. I was a size 12 when I began and after the diet I was a size 5-6. Plus I lost over 20 inches off my body. The changes were unbelievable!Not only did Wade have all the right information to help me change my physique, he had the confidence in me that I didn’t posses myself. This is a very rare trait. Wade was there for me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during this challenge. I called at all hours of the day always to be greeted with encouragement. No question was dumb, no emotion was insignificant.

Wade listened carefully to my goals and then designed a health and fitness program that worked phenomenally well. It is not an exaggeration to say that my entire approach to fitness has changed since hiring Wade as my Coach. What people are usually surprised to hear is that my coaching experience has profoundly affected every conceivable aspect of my life despite a naïve assumption that it would just help me shed some pounds. It did, by the way… and that was only scratching the surface of what has become a completely mind-transforming experience, not easily summarized into a few paragraphs. So here’s the highlight reel – in words.In the past 18 months, I have received a topnotch education in two primary subjects; weight and cardio training (including philosophy and technique) and nutrition (including meal plan development and nutrient composition and absorption). Here, the journaling component of my coaching has been immeasurably helpful. Perhaps the most surprising development occurring during my coaching experience has been it’s effect on other areas of my life – encouraging me to re-evaluate my philosophy and approach to goal-planning, time management, spiritual development, self-perception and inter-personal relationships. Even my insight has sharpened as a result of Wade’s coaching, by guiding me through a mentally-minded system of training with particular focus on intensity of effort through concentration. My communication skills have dramatically improved as well. I am clearer, calmer and more assertive about what I say and what I mean when I say it. This is where Wade’s thorough and precise information gathering methods has been inspirational and positively effective in my relationships at work and at home.
On a spiritual level Wade’s gentle encouragement to adopt meditative habits and cultivate a mind-body-soul connection have dually elevated my experiences in training and living beyond any height I had ever reached on my own. This practice has deeply enhanced my concentration and ability to focus in and out of the gym. The prize for MVA (most valued aspect) of my coaching experience thus far without a doubt; Coach Wade’s unconditional support and commitment to our partnership. It has completely transformed what I value about training and friendship. Considering my tendency to feel rather inadequate and hapless re: my effort and progress I sometimes find it extremely difficult to get myself to the gym. Having a coach – a partner who expects me at a certain time, ready to train, cranks up the accountability meter and lowers my anxiety about doing it alone. Is it motivating? You bet it is, because I am not always 100%. Yet Coach Wade is ceaseless in his effort and encouragement- always only a phone call away from helping me through a bad day, a training slump, a meal-plan meltdown. And his support comes from his own personal accounts – being a bodybuilding champion who regularly trains and diets for competitions regularly. There is something indescribably comforting about two athletes comparing training tales of woe. He is my primary example of time and effort equating true success in and of themselves. Wade’s coaching/training philosophy – to honor the process, not the outcome, is perhaps the greatest life lesson I have yet begun to learn.
What else can I say? Coach Wade is the “triple threat”, “the super size meal.” Meeting him gave me a reason to renew my belief in God – if only to thank him every day for bringing the greatest coach and the greatest friend into my life. I love you, Coach, always and forever. You are eternal.

When I met and hired Wade I was embarking on a new career as a full time musician / entertainer and I wanted to look great. I was an avid runner, competed in many races including 5 marathons, half marathons and 10k’s . I weight trained 6-7 days a week and for several years could not shed the extra fat. I was fit and I thought I was eating healthy but I was really struggling to find the lean body I desired. I realized on Wade’s Personal Training Program that you are what protein you eat”. I increased my protein, ate more and I lost fat. Combined with a very specific weight-training program, after 12 weeks my body changed dramatically. I was lean at 12% BF and I had much more energy than ever before.Wade has changed my perception about food and the whole concept of weight training. Consequently, the running injury I lived with for 6 years has disappeared and my 10km and half- marathon times have improved. After being with Wade for almost two years now I am still achieving goals. I ran my best time at the Delta Half Marathon thanks to his training. I am leaner and feel healthier than ever plus I am completely injury free. I have so much energy while I am on stage and feel like I can perform for hours. I first hired Wade as my personal trainer after I witnessed the impressive results my wife achieved under his regimen. I was already very active having weight trained for a number of years as well as being an avid runner and cyclist. I had competed in many races including 4 marathons. My goals were to get a more focused weight program and to increase my lean body mass and shed that 10 pounds of extra fat I could never seem to get rid of no matter how much I trained. I was skeptical about the effect it would have on my racing and cardiovascular endurance.Wade changed what, when and how I ate. He gave me a new and focused weight training plan. After 3 months I had lost 10 pounds of fat. I was leaner and stronger. 1 was getting compliments on my physique from everyone and l fit into clothes l never would have been able to wear before. 1 was down to 11% body fat.
When l started my racing season he made some adjustments in the program. l kept the body fat low and felt fast and fantastic. To my amazement my racing times improved dramatically despite the fact I was running less than before. With my new diet and increased muscle l was able to set personal best in the l0K, half marathon and the marathon. My cycling ability improved as well.
As a physician I thought I knew how to achieve peak fitness. Wade has taken me to a higher level than I ever thought possible.

I have been working out off and on all my adult life. I was always the skinny kid growing up and hated it. I wanted to do something about it, but never made the time until I got to college. After college, I started meeting a friend regularly in the gym, but he was mostly into power lifting, not my thing. Life changed and I got out of the gym for a few years again.Before I met Wade, I noticed that I was fighting the battle of the bulge. My waist was 38” and I was 200 lbs. I didn’t feel good and was tired most of the time. I decided my New Yeare resolution would be to get into the gym and regain my younger body. I bought a book on another program and started into the diet and workout plan as recommended. I dropped 30 lbs of fat and built some muscle. I felt great! I did the 12 week program 3 times in a row but because it was the same program, I didn’t see any further gains or losses. I got bored with the same old thing after 3 rounds and gradually fell away from the program.
I started reading the magazines and following different suggestions there, but to no great gains… except to my waist again. My time in the gym was sporadic…. Go for a few weeks, then not go for a few. I regained much of the weight, though I was a little better toned.
This went on for years until I found Wade’s program online. I don’t know if it was through an email I received or if I just happened on it through an ad somewhere, I decided to check it out. It appealed to me that a guy who was natural and had made it in the body building world was actually interested in sharing his secrets to help the average guy like me set and attain my life goals for my personal fitness and health. Wade was confirming to me several things I had come to suspect about the drug induced sports and supplement traps in marketing.
I bought the program. I had just purchased my regular supplements and so wanted to use them up before starting Wade’s program. I began the primer program and changed my diet. I was happy with the results I was beginning to see in just a few weeks on the program. I progressed through the program from Foundation I to Endless Growth I, then Foundation II and on to Foundation III. My body fat dropped from 18% to below 5% during the Endless Growth phase and has been pretty easy to maintain since then. My body weight a year ago was back up to 196 lbs and dropped to a low of 175 lbs in the spring and now averages about 183 lbs. I am looking forward to gaining more muscle mass over the coming year. With the changing of the phases according to my personal goals, the workouts have been challenging and interesting. I haven’t felt the same mental stagnation I did from other programs. I have also seen and felt positive progressive changes and this excites me.
Wade has helped me focus on my body, learn to get the important mind-muscle connection, positive mental focus and given so much information, personal support and guidance. I am a very highly self-motivated person and appreciate having this kind of direction. The support from Wade over the past year has been wonderful not to mention the other people from Wade’s forums.
My first year has seen a good deal of change in my body; firming, reduction in body fat percentage and now a thickening of my muscles. I am poised for some great growth and working hard to make it happen this second year. I could not have achieved this without this program. I have never had a personal trainer before, partly because I couldn’t afford one and with my job and lifestyle, could not commit to a regularly scheduled time with a personal trainer. With the program Wade has designed, I can workout regularly on my schedule with the guidance of a personal trainer and the flexibility my job requires.
I recommend Wade’s programs to anyone who is really interested in improving their body without the problems of drug use. This program promised I would get freaky big and the gains made are mine to keep and the residual benefits are healthy, not dangerous to my life. Dear Wade,I saw your program on the internet about two years ago. I bought it and ever since have been gaining muscle and learning new information. When I started I was very skinny, I ran quite a bit and could not gain muscle without guidance. I bought your program and have ever since been gaining muscle. Every detail was laid out for me, all I had to do was follow it exactly, and that is what I did.
My goal on this program was to get FREAKY BIG NATURALLY! I have gained about 35 pounds, and gaining. For me that is an incredible gain as before I was stuck in one spot. When I ordered the Wade’s training system, I thought I was going to get yet another weight training workout system. What’s one more program, since over the last 12 years I’ve tried dozens of programs without much success. After the first 12 week cycle and following Wade’s advice , I added 12 lbs of muscle mass. Wow, everyone at the gym ,before this program, was calling me a hardgainer. That was my mindset, I was a hardgainer, so I’ll just keep working out, to maybe at least stay fit and not gain the extra weight that seems to hit everyone in their 50’s. I didn’t expect this when I signed up.Wade has put all the principles together for us to achieve muscle growth by all natural means, and no BS, plain and simple.
